These PRRs stand ready to provide training, conduct office visits, support Provider Portal (Availity) registration, address inquiries, and serve as your primary point of contact for all provider needs. American Logistics manages transportation services for all Medi-Cal members. To ensure compliance and avoid scheduling delays, a completed Physician Certification Statement (PCS) form is mandatory for service levels beyond curb-to-curb. This form verifies medical necessity and must be submitted before transportation can be scheduled. Requests without a completed PCS form will not be processed.
