Our Arizona Member Advisory Committee (MAC) is looking for members. If you’re interested in joining, please fill out our application. Then, email the completed application to MCCAZ-OIFA@MolinaHealthcare.com. We will review your application and let you know if you’re selected.

All committee members must be:
- A current Molina Medicaid or DSNP Medicare member in a Molina plan in Arizona or a caregiver, family member or legal guardian of a member
- An Arizona resident
- At least age 21 years of age
- Have an active email and be able to attend a virtual meeting monthly
- Willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect your privacy and the privacy of other members of the committee
- Committee members could be eligible for participation stipend
Topics covered may include:
- Discussion of current benefits to learn more about how members understand and use them
- Learning about your experience in staying healthy
- How Molina is helping you and where we can do better
- Answer questions that committee members may have

The objectives of the Arizona Member Advisory Committee are:
- To provide a place for members to talk about benefits, communications, programs and challenges to improve the quality of care
- To act as an advocates for issues that impact membership
- To assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of culturally and linguistically appropriate health education and outreach activities
- To contribute to the development of health education programs to improve the quality of care
