The 2024 Provider Pay for Gap Closure Program has launched!

The Pay for Gap Closure Provider Incentive Program pays a bonus incentive for every HEDIS and Pharmacy Care Gap addressed, closed and verified for members on Provider’s Medicare Comprehensive Care Gap Report. Program is live now through December 31, 2024. Click here for more details.

 

Important Notice: Attention CFH Providers

When reprocessing the claims to reflect the increased rates, the MMCP line of business was left off the data pull. We are currently running an impact report and plan to have these payments out to the impacted providers in the next 7-10 days.

Availity Essentials is now Molina Healthcare’s exclusive provider portal - Learn more by reviewing the Availity Essentials flyer 

Availity Essentials is now Molina Healthcare’s official secure provider portal for traditional (non-atypical) providers. After July 25th, when the Molina legacy provider portal is sunset, the following tools will be accessible only via Availity Essentials: eligibility and benefits, claims  inquiry, claims submission, saved claims, claims template portal and member search. 

 

Availity Registration for Atypical Providers - Oct 2022

We are aware of the challenges you’re experiencing when registering on the Availity portal due to not having an NPI. We are working diligently to get this corrected and provide a new training document so you can register and submit claims.

Do you need to add, terminate, or make demographic changes to an existing Provider in your group?

Please notify Molina Healthcare at least 30 days in advance when you:

  • Change office location, hours, phone, fax, or email.
  • Add or close a location.
  • Add or terminate a provider.
  • Change in Tax ID and/or NPI.
  • Open or close your practice to new
    patients (PCPs only).

Complete the Provider Roster Template, which can be found on the 'Provider Forms' page, and submit your changes to MHIDPNA@MolinaHealthcare.com.
