Important Notice:
IDHW has shared a change to the Family Personal Care Service (FPCS) program process that was implemented during the COVID pandemic. Parents and spouses currently providing care as the paid direct care worker for their child(ren) or spouse may continue to do so until January 31, 2025. Effective February 1, 2025, parents of minor children and spouses may not be the paid care provider for Personal Care Services (PCS) or Attendant Care.
