If you are a dual eligible beneficiary and qualify, you can enroll in a STAR+PLUS Medicare-Medicaid Plan. You may change plans or disenroll at any time.
To enroll, change plans or disenroll, call the STAR+PLUS help line at (877) 782-6440, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., central time. TTY users should call 711 or (800) 735-2989.
