Molina Healthcare PLUS
The Molina Healthcare PLUS plan is designed for adult members the 21 years of age and older. New York State decides who is eligible. Members who have serious mental health and/or substance use needs can receive physical, mental health and substance abuse services through a Health and Recovery Plan (HARP).
