DES MOINES, Iowa, Jan.8, 2025 – Molina Healthcare of Iowa (“Molina”) announced a new partnership with Innovive Health, a data-driven home healthcare agency which focuses on treating patients who have multiple medical comorbidities with complicating behavioral illness. This coordinated care model addresses not only medical needs, but other factors affecting their overall well-being. The collaboration aims to enhance the continuum of care while also reducing costly emergency room visits and in-patient readmissions.
