Exciting News!
Today, we are further advancing the continuing integration of two great companies focused on the care and service of members across Wisconsin. Effective January 1, 2025, we have combined 900 Molina Medicare DSNP members with 800 My Choice Wisconsin (MCW) Medicare members on the MCW platform. View our service area here.
What changes today
- All Molina Wisconsin Medicare members will now be covered through My Choice Wisconsin by Molina Healthcare.
- Our Medicare vision and dental vendors are changing. 2025 dental benefits will be administered by Skygen, and 2025 vision benefits will be administered by VSP.
- Members with Medicare now receive new supplemental benefits. More details online at mychoicewi.org.
Members may begin presenting with the following ID cards. Make sure to update member eligibility and benefits in your systems prior to rendering services.
