Emergency transportation (ambulance), or ambulance transport services provided through the "911" emergency response system, will be covered by Molina when medically necessary.
Non-emergency medical transportation
Non-emergency medical transportation to medical facilities and pharmacies is covered by the state. To schedule your ride, call (866) 907-1493. Call at least 48 hours before your appointment.
