Join the Virginia Medicaid Member Advisory Committee
If you are a member of the Molina Healthcare Medicaid plan in Virginia, we invite you to join our Virginia Member Advisory Committee (MAC) and have a say in shaping our services.
To join, please email vamedicaidmac@MolinaHealthcare.com with a brief summary of why you want to participate. We will review your email and notify you if you are selected.
All committee members must:
- Be a current member of the Molina Healthcare Medicaid plan in Virginia or a caregiver, family member, or legal guardian of a member
- Live in Virginia
The committee may discuss current benefits, learn about members' experiences staying healthy, assess how Molina is helping members, and answer questions that committee members may have.
The goals of the Member Advisory Committee are:
- To provide a platform for members to discuss benefits, communications, programs, and challenges to improve the quality of care
- To advocate for issues that impact membership
- To assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of culturally and linguistically appropriate health education and outreach activities
- To contribute to the development of health education programs to improve the quality of care
