As a Molina member, you qualify for Women Infants and Children (WIC) benefits. WIC is a federal program that pays for healthy foods, milk and juices during and after pregnancy. WIC counselors can give you advice on nutrition and breastfeeding.

• Free car or booster seat after completing a prenatal visit during the first trimester or within 42 days of enrollment.
• Free electronic breast pump.
• Annual baby shower - $100 gift card for members who attend a baby shower. To register, follow the instructions on the Baby Shower Registration Form
• Free home-delivered meals to support your nutrition needs during pregnancy and postpartum.
• $75 gift card when you attend one postpartum visit 7 to 84 days after the birth of your baby.
• Bus passes to food banks, WIC, domestic violence agencies, housing authorities, DMV, Medicaid office and job interviews.

• Complete up to six well-child visits on time within a 15-month period and receive a $10 per visit (max $60 gift card) for 0-15 months old.
• Gift card for $75 (max) after completing two well-child visits when the child is 15-30 months (limited to one).
