Molina Healthcare of Washington Partners with The Rural Collaborative to Improve Breast Cancer Screening Rates in Rural Washington

BOTHELL, Wash., Oct. 9, 2024 - Molina Healthcare of Washington (“Molina”) recently donated $10,000 to The Rural Collaborative to help improve breast cancer screening rates in rural communities of Washington. According to The Rural Collaborative, 10% of mammograms on average have abnormal results. The grant, provided in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, aims to increase awareness of mammogram screenings across the state so that issues can be detected early and individuals can obtain the care they need.
